Candle Care & Safety

To enjoy your Kilimanjaro Home Decor candle safely and fully:

1. Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to ¼ inch for a clean, even burn.

2. First Burn: Let the wax melt all the way to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

3. Placement: Place your candle on a sturdy, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and anything flammable.

4. Burn Responsibly: For your safety, don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop use when ½ inch of wax remains.

5. Snuff with Care: Use a snuffer to extinguish the flame safely and avoid wax splatter.
